Job Title: Team Lead – Inventory Management

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Team Lead – Inventory Management to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock management across all channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with warehouse management systems and strong operational leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end inventory operations across warehouses and stores
- Ensure accurate stock tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning
- Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures
- Optimize inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce shrinkage
- Generate MIS reports and provide actionable insights
- Manage and mentor a team of inventory executives
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficient in inventory management processes and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Increff, or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience:
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in inventory/warehouse management
