Job Title: Team Lead – Inventory Management

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Team Lead – Inventory Management to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock management across all channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with warehouse management systems and strong operational leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end inventory operations across warehouses and stores
  • Ensure accurate stock tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning
  • Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams
  • Identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures
  • Optimize inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce shrinkage
  • Generate MIS reports and provide actionable insights
  • Manage and mentor a team of inventory executives

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficient in inventory management processes and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Increff, or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in inventory/warehouse management
