Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve assigned goals and targets.
- Foster a positive culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
- Coordinate tasks and allocate work efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients.
- Use MS Office and Tally for data management, reporting, and documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective CRM practices.
