Job Description

The Outbound Sales Team Leader will manage a large team of outbound sales executives, monitor performance, ensure quality compliance, and help build strong customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining high operational and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Performance & Target Management: Set individual and team sales targets (KPIs), monitor daily activities, and analyze data to improve conversion rates
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all sales calls adhere to company policies, regulations, and quality standards
  • Customer Relationship Management: Handle escalations, resolve complex issues, and support the development of long-term relationships with prospects

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience as a Team Leader in outbound sales
  • Knowledge of attrition and shrinkage metrics
  • Ability to manage a large team efficiently
