Job Description

We are hiring for mid-senior level roles including Team Lead, Quality Analyst, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager. The ideal candidates will be responsible for leading teams, maintaining quality standards, or managing daily operations in a fast-paced customer support environment.

Role-Based Responsibilities:

Team Lead:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of customer support executives
  • Monitor daily performance and provide feedback
  • Ensure SLA targets and KPIs are met
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions

Quality Analyst:

  • Audit and evaluate customer interactions
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Prepare and present QA reports

Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager:

  • Oversee team performance and operations
  • Collaborate with leadership for process planning
  • Drive performance through coaching or process optimization
  • Report on team metrics and suggest strategies for improvement

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a relevant role (Team Lead, QA, AM or DM)
  • Strong leadership or analytical or operational skills
  • Ability to manage teams or quality or processes independently
  • Graduate or Postgraduate preferred
  • Immediate joiners highly desirable
