Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure hub opening/closing aligns with operational standards.
  • Supervise sorters and oversee shipment sorting by route.
  • Plan and allocate deliveries based on available resources.
  • Train team members on operational standards.
  • Create and assign run sheets /pickup sheets to Wish Masters.
  • Prepare reports, manage emails, and execute ERP transactions.
  • Handle cash collection, reconciliation, and ERP updates.
  • Support deliveries/pickups when needed.
  • Lead and motivate the team; manage attrition and grievances.
  • Support adoption of new policies and processes.
  • Track undelivered shipments and follow up with customers.
  • Monitor Wish Masters real-time performance and provide enroute support.
  • Ensure zero stock variance daily.
  • Achieve team KPIs aligned with company goals.
