Team Lead - Finance Controllership | Chartered Accountant - Mandatory | Pune
- Lead and manage the controllership team to ensure accurate financial reporting (USGAAP) and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare and review financial statements (USGAAP) and reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Lead - Finance Controllership should have:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant - Mandatory
- 7+ years of post qualification experience
- Proven experience in financial reporting and controllership
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
