Job Description

Team Lead - Finance Controllership | Chartered Accountant - Mandatory | Pune

Lead and manage the controllership team to ensure accurate financial reporting (USGAAP) and compliance with regulations.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion.
Prepare and review financial statements (USGAAP) and reports for management and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Lead - Finance Controllership should have:

Qualified Chartered Accountant - Mandatory
7+ years of post qualification experience
Proven experience in financial reporting and controllership
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
