Team Lead - Delivery Partners

Key Responsibilities

Rider & Driver Sourcing

-Identify and source eligible riders and drivers from key hotspots (delivery hubs, dark stores, local clusters)

-Build a consistent pipeline of new riders through on-ground efforts and referrals

-Drive onboarding targets on a weekly and monthly basis

Onboarding & Activation

-Conduct on-field onboarding of riders and drivers

-Verify KYC and documentation

Train riders on:

-Platform usage

-Earnings optimization

-Vehicle handling (EV-specific)

Rider Lifecycle Management

-Manage riders end-to-end from onboarding to active operations

-Ensure high activation rates and consistent rider engagement

-Maintain strong relationships with riders to build long-term loyalty

Churn & Retention Management

-Track inactive riders and proactively reduce churn

-Identify reasons for drop-offs and take corrective actions

-Implement engagement initiatives to improve retention

Roster & Operations Management

-Manage rider and driver rosters across locations

-Ensure adequate supply to meet demand requirements

-Monitor daily activity, attendance, and performance

Field Operations & Issue Resolution

-Act as the first point of contact for rider issues on-ground

-Resolve operational challenges related to vehicles, payments, or platform usage

Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution

Reporting & Insights

-Track and report:

1)Rider acquisition

2)Active riders

3)Churn

Field insights

Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and rider sentiment

Experience in:

-Good communication and people management skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

-Comfortable with field work and managing multiple locations
