Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Team Lead - Cyber Security & VAPT Testing, based in Pune. The role involves leading and managing a dynamic cybersecurity team, overseeing Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), and ensuring robust security practices. Responsibilities include designing and implementing strategies to address security gaps, conducting application and network security analyses, and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders. The Team Lead will also mentor junior team members and ensure the timely execution of projects to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Application Security - Web & Mobile Applications, Source Code Security Review, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security and Network Security
- VAPT, WAPT, MAPT, VMS, SCR, Infra VAPT, Red Teaming, Black Box Testing
- Proficiency in Security Testing Compliances with global security standards
- Proven Team Leadership experience, with strong mentoring and team management skills
- Effective communication skills to present technical findings to diverse audiences
- Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or OSCP are highly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver under tight deadlines
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MCA, M.Tech, Information Technology, Cyber Security or related field
