We are hiring a Team Lead - CRM & Inbound Sales with a call center or inbound sales background to manage inbound leads, CRM operations, and team performance at our corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage inbound sales and CRM operations
- Handle inbound customer calls and lead conversions
- Supervise team performance and daily targets
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and follow-up processes
- Maintain customer satisfaction and call quality standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in call center / inbound sales
- Team handling experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems
