Team Lead - Consumer Goods

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, including performance evaluation, capability development, and workload distribution.
• Drive engineering excellence in automation solutions across hardware, software, HMI, and third-party system integrations.
• Support pre-sales activities including feasibility studies, technical proposals, estimation, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Global Program Managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to define scope, WBS, and execution plans.
• Oversee implementation of Rockwell Automation platforms and solutions including ControlLogix, FactoryTalk View (SE/ME), PlantPAx, and related tools.
• Ensure adherence to S88 standards, batch/process automation principles, and internal engineering procedures.
• Manage global and regional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across geographies.
• Monitor project performance using project management tools and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct technical reviews of proposals, designs, and deliverables to ensure integrity, feasibility, and risk mitigation.
• Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, and site support activities including domestic and international travel when required.
• Identify process improvements, drive reuse of engineering standards, and optimize delivery efficiency.
• Support audits, documentation, and compliance with internal/external standards.
• Contribute to organizational capability building and Center of Excellence development in automation technologies.
