Job Description

Sales & Business Delivery

  • Achieve team and individual monthly sales targets.
  • Drive consistent performance across the team through daily tracking of meetings, presentations, and closures.
  • Support RMs in closing deals through joint customer meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure high-quality sales pipeline and funnel movement.
  • Participate in corporate activities, promotional events, and field sales initiatives.

Team Handling & People Management

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
  • Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and sales planning sessions.
  • Coach RMs on selling skills, objection handling, and presentation effectiveness.
  • Identify performance gaps and work on training & development plans.
  • Ensure discipline, adherence to processes, and healthy team morale.

Customer & Relationship Management

  • Oversee end-to-end customer journey from presentation to documentation.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new members and support for first holiday booking.
  • Drive quality referrals from existing and new members.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and corporate partners.

Process & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate daily/weekly MIS, sales reports, and forecasts.
  • Maintain compliance with company sales processes and documentation norms.
  • Coordinate with support teams for timely closures and post-sale service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in direct/field sales.
  • At least 2 year of team handling experience (preferred).
  • Background in Hospitality / Timeshare / Insurance / Banking Sales / Real Estate / Telecom (Postpaid) / High-ticket sales.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Target-driven, result-oriented, and hands-on leader.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Comfortable with field work, events, and flexible work timings with rotational week-offs.
