Team Lead Counselling- UK

We are looking to hire a Team Leader who has some team leading experience too. This role would entail you to lead a team of 6-8 members.

JD is below:

• Responsible for imparting end to end training to the counsellors on existing & new product initiatives & ensure accurate information is provided to the students.
• Must have in-depth knowledge about a particular destination (UK)
• Supervise counselling & help counsellors to handle difficult students.
• Ensure counsellors follow up with the customers as per the criticality of the leads generated.
• Maintain applications, visa, and commission invoicing information for students.

Handling a team of 6-8 members (Counsellors)

Creating and maintaining contacts with key external stakeholders in the market

Skills Required:

Graduate/ Postgraduate with 6-8 years of relevant work experience in overseas education industry

Vibrant, energetic, self-starter.

Excellent written & verbal communication
