Job Summary
We are seeking a
Team Lead Agentic AI Platformwith 10+ years of overall experience to lead and actively contribute to the development of
agent-based AI systems. You will lead engineering teams building scalable, reliable agentic platforms that combine LLMs, tools, workflows, integrations, and orchestration layers. The role involves strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to drive platform evolution and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams building agentic AI platforms and systems
- Remain hands-on with coding, architecture, and technical problem-solving
- Design and guide agent architectures including planning, tool usage, memory, and orchestration
- Drive integration with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms
- Own system design decisions for scalable, reliable, and secure AI-driven systems
- Orchestrate workflows that combine tools, services, and integrations into cohesive platforms
- Ensure best practices around reliability, observability, performance, and cost control
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to shape roadmaps and delivery priorities
- Mentor engineers and support their technical and career growth
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team scaling initiatives
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across backend, full-stack, DevOps, data, and AI teams
Required Skills & Experience
Engineering Leadership
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
- Proven ability to balance leadership with hands-on technical ownership.
Full-Stack Engineering Background
- 10+ years of overall software engineering experience
- Strong background as a Full-Stack Engineer (backend & frontend)
- Continues to contribute code and technical designs regularly
Agentic AI Systems
- 13 years of experience building and leading agent-based AI platforms
- Strong understanding of agentic concepts: planning, tool execution, memory, feedback loops, and orchestration
LLM Integration
- 13 years of hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
System & Architecture Design
- 5+ years of experience designing scalable, reliable, production-grade systems
- Ability to reason about system behavior, failure modes, and edge cases
Workflow Orchestration
- 2+ years of experience combining tools, workflows, and integrations into end-to-end solutions
Security Awareness
- Intermediate understanding of secure design principles for AI-driven systems
Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- 3+ years of experience working closely with Product teams on roadmaps and prioritization
- Strong cross-functional leadership across backend, full-stack, DevOps, and AI teams
Mentorship & Team Building
- 3+ years of experience mentoring engineers and supporting career development
- Experience with hiring, onboarding, and team growth initiatives
