Responsibilities:
Accountable for over all sales target individually as well as that of the team
Ensure minimum escalation while ensuring quality services
Manage and improve upon people, process and technology with respect to telecalling
Timely attendance to leads for conversion, ensuring overall conversion targets are met
Ensure input goals such as number of calls, total talk time, average talk time per customer, total follows ups etc. in aggregate and per team members are met
Support team in dealing with customer concerns & offer advice
To be single point of contact for any client till the lead is successfully converted
Regular training of the team members so as to keep them updated with various product modules, sales & negotiation skills, communication skills etc
Routinely give feedback & directions to the team members for continous improvementRequirements:
Experienced as a team leader , handling a team of 12 -15 members
Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
Learn/ Upgrade ones own product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target (s)Other Competencies:
Good communication skills in English , Tamil & Kannada
Confident & Strong sales, negotiattion and convincing skills
