Job Description

This role is for a Team Lead - Relationship Manager in the Customer Engagement Channel for a leading AMC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mutual fund sales to HNI clients and will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Upsell mutual fund products to Retail/HNI clients from an assigned database.
  • Generate fresh leads through references to expand the clientele.
  • Conduct regular feedback and review sessions with the team to improve business volume and client acquisition.
  • Coach and lead the sales team to achieve their targets.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key and potential investors to generate repeat business.
  • Assist with closing sales calls by working closely with Relationship Managers when required.
  • Ensure the team delivers the highest level of service to HNI customers.
  • Create awareness through events, conferences, and product sessions for investors.
  • Enhance and upgrade client net worth and achieve sales and revenue targets through the team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in mutual fund sales is required.
  • Proven experience handling HNI clients.
  • Must be comfortable with B2C sales.
  • Strong team management, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to effectively close sales calls and support a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships.
