Who are we looking for

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tealium Expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Tealium's suite of tools for data management, tag management, and customer experience. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital analytics, tag management systems, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure data integrity and effective tracking for business intelligence and marketing campaigns.

Technical Skills:

• Technical Expertise:
• Hands-on experience with Tealium iQ Tag Management and AudienceStream CDP.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for tag customization and debugging.
• Strong understanding of data layers, variables, cookies, and event tracking.
• Analytical Skills:
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies and tracking issues.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tealium Implementation & Management:
• Configure and manage Tealium iQ Tag Management, EventStream, AudienceStream, and other Tealium products to support marketing and analytics initiatives.
• Implement and maintain tracking tags, custom variables, and data layers.
• Data Strategy & Integration:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data collection strategies and ensure proper data flow across platforms.
• Integrate Tealium with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing platforms (CRM, ESPs, and AdTech tools).
• Performance Optimization:
• Monitor and improve tag performance to optimize page load times and site functionality.
• Debug and resolve tracking issues using browser developer tools and debugging plugins.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work with developers, analysts, and marketers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure proper implementation.
• Train and support teams on Tealium's capabilities and best practices.
• Compliance & Security:
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and other industry standards.
• Maintain secure data handling practices across all configurations and implementations.
