Role Description
We are seeking dedicated Teaching Faculty members to impart knowledge in F&B Service, Culinary, Housekeeping and Front Office departments at our Hyderabad campus. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring the delivery of engaging and informative lectures, preparation of course materials, and guidance of students in both theoretical and practical aspects of hotel management. The role includes curriculum development, evaluation of students progress, and participation in academic activities that contribute to enhancing learning outcomes. Teaching Faculty will also work closely with other departments to ensure students receive a well-rounded education.
Qualifications
- Proven operational skills in hospitality industry in the relevant departments
- Strong knowledge in Hotel Management techniques and industry trends, with focus on practical application
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills to effectively deliver educational content
- Willingness to develop Curriculum, indulge in Classroom Management, and Student Mentorship
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management or a related field
- Previous teaching or industry experience in the hospitality sector is a plus
