Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Faculty position located in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering high-quality instruction aligned with the institution's curriculum, preparing and implementing effective lesson plans, and evaluating students performance. Additional responsibilities include engaging with students through innovative teaching methodologies, fostering critical thinking, and actively participating in school events and activities. The faculty member will contribute to the development of assessments and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Effective instructional skills including classroom management, lesson planning, and interactive teaching
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to communicate concepts effectively
- Proficiency in creating and implementing curriculum-focused learning materials
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience with modern teaching tools and techniques, such as digital whiteboards and e-learning platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Subject with B.Ed in subject specialization is MANDATORY
- Prior experience in teaching or educational training will be an advantage
- Passion for education and a commitment to student development
