Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teaching Assistant located in New Delhi. The Teaching Assistant will assist teachers in delivering educational content, provide support to students in their learning activities, and help maintain a positive classroom environment. Daily tasks include aiding in lesson preparation, facilitating learning for students, particularly in Mathematics, and working closely with children to address individual needs and encourage their development. Collaboration with the teaching staff to ensure effective delivery of educational programs is also expected.
Qualifications
- Experience in Assistant Teaching and a strong passion for Education
- Proficiency in English and ability to assist students with related concepts
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Working With Children and fostering a conducive learning environment
- A supportive and empathetic approach towards students
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to classroom dynamics
