Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teaching Assistant located in Pune. The Teaching Assistant will support lead teachers in classroom activities, assist with lesson planning, and provide individualized assistance to students. They will work closely with children to foster a positive and engaging learning environment, help with classroom management, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Assistant Teaching and Working With Children skills
- Education and Mathematics skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage young learners
- Previous experience in a preschool setting is a plus
- Relevant certifications or degrees in early childhood education is a plus
