Student Engagement: Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and curiosity among students through innovative teaching methods and interactive learning experiences.
Parent & Staff Coordination: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students progress and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent learning approach.
Professional Development: Stay updated with current educational trends, teaching methodologies, and technologies to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain attendance records, grade reports, and documentation as per institutional policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred).
1–5 years of teaching experience in a school or academic institution.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to various learning styles.
Proficiency with digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms.
