Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bihar. The Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, delivering high-quality teaching to students, and ensuring an engaging educational environment. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lessons based on the curriculum, assessing students progress, and fostering an inclusive classroom experience. Additional responsibilities may involve organizing training or workshops for students and contributing to the school's academic and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education techniques
Strong Communication and Teaching skills
Experience in providing Training support and guiding students effectively
Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, or a related field
Prior teaching experience and knowledge of educational best practices are preferred
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
