Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Akanksha curriculum using innovative and effective teaching methodologies
- Plan and implement engaging, student-centered lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
- Design assessments to monitor, evaluate, and enhance student learning outcomes
- Apply varied instructional strategies to support different learning styles
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented classroom environment
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with students, parents, the community, and the school team
- Set clear, high expectations that motivate students to achieve their best
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and learning-friendly classroom
- Actively participate in professional development, training sessions, and network events
- Contribute meaningfully to school meetings, initiatives, and organizational goals
- Fulfill professional responsibilities with efficiency, accountability, and integrity
- Engage in extracurricular programs and school celebrations
- Conduct occasional community visits to strengthen parent and community engagement
Experience
- Prior teaching experience preferred; motivated freshers are encouraged to apply
