Role Description This is a full-time, on-site teaching role located in Patan. The position includes teaching PGT subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics) and TGT subjects (Science, Social Studies, and English), depending on the candidate's qualifications and subject expertise. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, preparing teaching materials, assessing student performance through assignments and examinations, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will maintain classroom discipline, support diverse learning needs, and participate in school activities such as parent meetings, academic events, and professional development sessions. Collaboration with other faculty members to align curricula, share best practices, and contribute to the overall academic environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Teaching and Training, with the ability to instruct and mentor students effectively at secondary and higher secondary levels.
• Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including curriculum understanding and the ability to design structured, outcome-focused lessons.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, enabling clear explanation of concepts, effective classroom interaction, and professional engagement with colleagues and families.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the respective subject (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, English) are required; a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is highly desirable.
• Prior teaching experience in PGT or TGT roles, familiarity with school-level examination patterns, and the ability to use basic educational technology will be beneficial.
• Strong classroom management, student-centered teaching approaches, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory educational practices are expected.
