Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher of Mathematics at Discoveri Oaks School, located in Hyderabad. The Mathematics Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons, develop curricula aligned with educational standards, and foster a productive learning environment for students. The role requires assessing student progress through evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and employing effective teaching methodologies tailored to individual learning needs. Additionally, the teacher will collaboratively work with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary approaches and participate in school activities to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mathematics and a strong understanding of Mathematics Education
- Experience with Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to deliver structured and effective lessons
- Certifications or qualifications relevant to teaching Mathematics (e.g., a teaching license or teaching certification)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to engage and inspire students with a passion for learning
- Familiarity with international educational standards is an advantage
- Prior teaching experience at the primary or middle school level is beneficial
