Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site teaching role based in Srinagar. The Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering effective lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and promoting student engagement and learning. The role involves individual student attention, regular assessments, participation in school activities, and collaboration with fellow educators to ensure an enriching educational experience for all students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies
• Strong background in Education and Training
• Excellent Communication skills and an ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proven ability to engage students and foster a positive learning experience
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Previous teaching experience and familiarity with JKBOSE and Cambridge curricula are advantageous
