Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Planning and Development:

Classroom Management:

Maintain a well-organized and conducive learning environment.
Manage student behavior and enforce discipline as needed.
Teaching and Instruction:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Assessment and Evaluation:

Administer assessments and evaluate student performance.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Individualized Instruction:

Identify and address the individual needs of students through differentiation and personalized learning strategies.
Parent and Guardian Communication:

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Professional Development:

Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and other stakeholders to improve curriculum and instructional practices.
Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with all relevant educational policies, procedures, and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
