Key Responsibilities
- Centre Operations
- Manage daily operations of the LOC centre.
- Ensure classrooms, lab kits, and equipment are ready before sessions.
- Maintain student attendance, records, and activity reports.
- Coordinate class schedules and batch timings.
- Student & Parent Coordination
- Act as the primary contact person for parents and students.
- Handle student inquiries, admissions, and onboarding.
- Share progress updates and communicate upcoming activities/workshops.
- Ensure students have a positive and engaging learning experience.
- Event & Workshop Management
- Plan and coordinate demo lectures, workshops, and special events.
- Assist in organizing school outreach programs and promotional activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of activities during events.
- Trainer Coordination
- Coordinate with trainers and instructors regarding class schedules.
- Ensure trainers have required materials, kits, and support.
- Monitor class quality and student engagement.
- Admissions & Growth
- Convert demo attendees into enrolled students.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested parents.
- Support marketing activities such as school tie-ups, campaigns, and awareness drives.
- Administrative Work
- Maintain student database and centre documentation.
- Track payments, registrations, and fee records.
- Prepare daily or weekly centre reports.
