A.I.M (AI Mentorship Academy) empowers students in Grades 610 to develop real-world AI skills through engaging weekend classes, hands-on projects, and personalized mentorship.

Our beginner-friendly curriculum covers Python foundations, chatbot creation, machine learning, deep learning, and a final capstone project for students portfolios. With small cohorts and structured project-based learning, we help students think like AI creators, problem-solvers, and innovators.

Role: Part-Time Remote AI Instructor

As an AI Instructor, you will:

Teach middle & high school students (Grades 610) in fun, structured online sessions

Deliver clear, engaging lessons on Python, AI basics, and CS fundamentals

Guide students through mini-projects (chatbots, ML models, creative AI apps, etc.)

Provide supportive mentorship, feedback, and skill-building guidance

Facilitate 1-on-1 or small-group interactions to strengthen student confidence

Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve lesson quality and student outcomes

We give you training, lesson plans, slides, activities, and support - so you can focus on teaching.

Qualifications (College-Friendly + Professional)

You're a strong candidate if you have:

Pursuing a B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc./M.Tech/M.Sc. in CS, IT, AI, Data Science, or related field

Fluent English communication skills (essential for teaching)

Comfort with basic Python and interest in AI/ML

Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently

Good lesson organization or willingness to learn lesson planning

Enthusiasm for working with younger learners

Reliability, professionalism, and strong time management

Prior teaching experience is preferred, but no necessary - training is provided.

Compensation

400600 per hour (based on experience & teaching skill)

Flexible weekly schedule (4-8 hours ideal)
