We are seeking a skilled Tea Master & Supplier to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tea, a keen sense of taste, and experience in sourcing and blending high-quality tea.

Responsibilities

Sourcing high-quality tea leaves from various regions across India.
Developing and maintaining relationships with tea suppliers and farmers.
Conducting tea tastings and evaluations to ensure product quality.
Creating unique blends and flavors based on market trends and customer preferences.
Training staff and customers on tea preparation and brewing techniques.
Managing inventory and ensuring proper storage of tea products.
Good communication and customer service skills

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in tea sourcing, production, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of different types of tea and their flavor profiles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct sensory evaluations and make quality assessments.
Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain processes.
Basic understanding of food safety and quality standards.
