Job Description - TD Customer Support Fleet Ops Engineer
About us
There is an opportunity in Airbus India Customer Services to join the Operational Unit Technical Data Support & Services, which is in charge of defining, producing, delivering and supporting the Technical Data (TD) products and services which are necessary for Customers to safely and efficiently operate their aircraft.
We answer daily queries and support our customers with data customization management, data access, and fleet management and contribute to new customer Entry into service. We also ensure that once the Service Bulletin is reported by the Customer, the Flight Operations (F.Ops) products are launched in compliance with TD processes, Quality Gates and SLAs.

Job description
The jobholder will be responsible for
Ensure that Maintenance & Engineering and Flight operations Technical Data manuals are customized to the Customer fleet and Aircraft configuration in line with Airbus contractual commitments
Analyze and answer customer queries providing prompt and efficient support to the customer, on-time, on-cost and on-quality to improve customer satisfaction while satisfying safety requirements.
Analyze the SB impact for F.Ops after an operator/MRO reports embodiment of SB and launch the re
Maintain and contribute to enhance a close relationship with internal stakeholders and external customers
Propose and contribute to proactive support activities and improvement initiatives to boost our efficiency
Operations
Team Coordination:
Contributes to an efficient transfer of information between India & Europe teams
Operational Support:
Provides on-time, on-cost and on-quality operational support
Coordinates operational topics with all relevant stakeholders
Analyses and provides answer to Customer Fleet Operations daily queries
Provides proactive support to Customers through adapted communication means
Manage the incorporation of New Aircraft in Technical Data
Plan the TD revisions to incorporate the new aircraft
Ensure all associated communication with Customers & Airbus Departments
Ensure Follow-up monitoring through reports and dashboards
Provides support in accordance with Export Control rules
Customers Relationship Management:
Maintains and contributes to enhance high-level Customer satisfaction and proximity through adapted means
Provides contribution to CSIP action plan and follow-up as required
Provides TD Operations awareness sessions to Customers on request
Communication and Reporting
Provides reporting of main operational achievements, issues and risks to the management
Project Management
Participates in TechData improvement Projects and/or cross-organizations improvement Projects on request
Quality and Process improvement
Proposes & Contributes to operational improvement initiatives
Contributes to regular revisions of the quality referential of the Team, to reflect latest state-of-the art ways of working
