Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Major Incidents, ensuring they are logged, progressed, updated, authorized, expedited, and resolved per SLA.
  • Proactively support High Severity Incidents (P1 and P2) using MIM experience.
  • Own Major Incidents and drive resolution efficiently via Bridge calls and Chat.
  • Issue timely communications during incident progression.
  • Identify timelines and targets for recovery actions, feedback, and communications.
  • Assess and agree on Business Impact and Incident Severity Levels.
  • Ensure appropriate internal and third-party escalations occur.
  • Assess need for handovers to maintain recovery team performance over extended durations.
  • Highlight risks and issues identified during Major Incidents.
  • Evaluate recovery actions and ensure active production of a recovery plan.
  • Suggest workarounds and methods to expedite incident recovery.
  • Continuously review engagement and identify additional support teams or individuals to optimize recovery efforts.
