Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Buildingnew packagesfor Windows platform in accordance with guidelines including ThinApp, Citrix/WTS, and MSIX.
  • Refreshing existing packages or applications on Windows platform.
  • Submitting package requestfor Common Off the Shelf (COTS) software according to guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform application packaging, scripting, and automation to ensure smooth deployment and installation.
  • Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure compatibility.
  • Test and validate software packages to ensure they meet quality standards and function as intended.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software packaging and deployment.
  • Maintain documentation for all packaged applications, including installation guides and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in application packaging and deployment
