Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct regular market visits to support and train sales representatives and distributors.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and trade practices.
  • Filed Visit is Compulsory(Inside Sales exp is not suitable)

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (47 years) in business development, territory sales, or a similar role in the Logistics & supply chain solution Org.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and negotiation tactics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Diversity candidate will be given preference first.
