Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Taxi Driver based in Mumbai. The main responsibilities include safely transporting passengers to their desired destinations while adhering to traffic regulations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Taxi Driver will also be responsible for vehicle upkeep and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with automotive operations, including basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to assist and interact with passengers professionally
- Experience in relevant training or certifications related to safe driving practices is highly desirable
- Possession of a valid driving license appropriate for operating a taxi in Mumbai
- Good knowledge of Mumbai's roadways, routes, and traffic patterns
- Ability to maintain punctuality, reliability, and focus on passenger safety
- Experience in sales or handling customer inquiries is an added advantage
- Proficiency in local languages and English is preferred
