Lead and mentor a team of Tax Specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their expertise.
Oversee the review of workpapers for foreign, U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage and direct responses to tax-related correspondence, including notices and investor/investment tax inquiries.
Supervise investor due diligence and onboarding processes to maintain regulatory and operational standards.
Oversee the collection, tracking, and monitoring of tax reporting from underlying investments.
Collaborate with external service providers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or business from an accredited institution with a strong academic record.
At least 6 years of relevant experience in a financial institution or Big 4 accounting firm, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
In-depth expertise in U.S. partnership taxation, preferably with a focus on private equity.
