Tax Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tax Supervisor with expertise in Form 1040 to lead and manage a team of tax professionals. The ideal candidate will oversee the preparation and review of individual tax returns while ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional client service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in individual tax preparation and supervision.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring teams in a tax environment.
• Strong expertise in Form 1040 and related regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., UltraTax, Lacerte, etc.).
• CPA or EA certification (preferred).
