Role Description
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join as Manager –Tax & Compliance, responsible for handling primarly UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliances, advisory, and client coordination. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently manage engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle UAE Corporate Tax compliances including:
- Corporate Tax registration, return filing, and advisory
- Review of financials for tax computation as per UAE CT Law
- Advisory on Free Zone vs Mainland tax implications
- Manage UAE VAT compliances including:
- VAT registration, return filing, and deregistration
- VAT reconciliations and compliance reviews
- Advisory on VAT applicability, exemptions, and zero-rating
- Liaison with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) for notices, clarifications, and assessments
- Support clients on tax structuring, compliance readiness, and documentation
- Review work prepared by team members and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Coordinate with internal accounting teams to ensure correct data flow
- Assist partners in process documentation, ERP-based compliance tracking, and automation
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
- Core Expertise:
- Practical experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation (mandatory)
- Understanding of UAE Tax Laws / International Law shall be preferred.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Fluency in English is mandatory

- Ability to independently manage tax assignments
- Strong analytical, drafting, and client-handling skills
- Team leadership and mentoring capability
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience working with international clients or firms
- Knowledge of IFRS and international accounting practices
- Exposure to international tax / cross-border structures
