We are seeking a seasoned Domain Expert with 8+ years of experience in any one of the following areas: HRMS, Finance & Accounts, Sales & Marketing, or Materials Management. The ideal candidate should bring deep process understanding, strong analytical capability, and hands-on experience in implementing or supporting enterprise applications in their chosen domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business users to understand processes and requirements within the chosen domain (HRMS / FA / SM / MM).
- Conduct gap analysis and propose improvements aligned with best practices.
- Document requirements, functional flows, and business rules.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Support configuration of workflows, rules, and system parameters related to the specific domain.
- Participate in design discussions to ensure solutions align with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Support implementation of new modules, enhancements, or system upgrades in the chosen domain.
- Validate system outputs, test business scenarios, and coordinate UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot domain-specific issues and work with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Work closely with developers, database teams, QA, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
- Provide domain expertise during review meetings, planning workshops, and deployment stages.
- Prepare user guides, SOPs, process documents, and training material.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users or new teams as needed.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and system enhancements.
- Stay updated with statutory changes, compliance needs, and evolving best practices in the chosen domain.
Required Skills :
Domain Expertise (any one of the following):
- HRMS – Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Performance, Statutory Compliance
- Finance & Accounts (FA) – GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Budgeting, Audit
- Sales & Marketing (SM) – Lead Management, CRM, Campaigns, Sales Tracking, Invoicing
- Materials Management (MM) – Procurement, Inventory, Vendor Management, GRN, Purchase Cycle
Technical & System Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/custom ERPs).
- Ability to create functional specifications, process maps, and validation scenarios.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data checks (preferred).
