What You'll Need To Be Our Tax Associate
- Working towards Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of debits, credits, and general financial statements
- Technical verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule
- CPA or CPA eligible, preferred
- Exposure to CCH, Lacerte, QuickBooks, and Canopy, preferred
- Previous experience in public accounting with exposure to preparing federal and state income tax returns, preferred
- Accommodating and analytical while producing highly precise and accurate work

What You'll Do As The Tax Associate
- Prepare accurate and timely federal and state tax returns, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to support efficient tax processes and compliance
- Work with clients to gather information and resolve tax-related issues
- Review and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure accurate tax reporting
- Collaborate with team members through knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving, contributing to cohesive efforts within the team
- Continuously learn and apply basic tax principles and procedures through hands-on experience with a supervisor
