Hiring: US Accounting Executive (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
We are looking for a
detail-oriented accounting professional with hands-on experience in
US Accounting & US GAAP to join our growing team.
Work Mode: Hybrid (Office + Work From Home)
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in US Accounting
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred
Working Hours (Split Shift)
- Day: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Office twice a week)
- Night: 9:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Work from Home)
- 5 Days Working
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts for US clients
- Perform bank, credit card & balance sheet reconciliations
- Handle journal entries & general ledger
- Support month-end & year-end closing
- Prepare financial statements as per US GAAP
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Assist with audit documentation
- Coordinate with US clients via email & virtual meetings
Requirements
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Experience with QuickBooks / NetSuite / Xero / Sage
- Good knowledge of financial statements
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Good communication skills
Qualification
CA Inter / MBA / M.Com / CS / CMA
Preferred Profile
- Experience with US-based clients or accounting firms
- Comfortable working in semi-US shift
- Strong attention to detail & analytical mindset
