Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle market companies in a variety of industries
  • Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings
  • Create draft reports for management review
  • Experience in data reporting, management and Databooks
  • Research issues that arise during the course of engagement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in accounting or business or certified Chartered Accountant (ACA)
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services or Assurance or related field
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
  • Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills
  • Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills
  • Ability to take direction, and exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
