About the Company

We are building a Hiring Operations support model focused on helping companies handle temporary hiring pressure, such as application backlogs and screening overload during hiring spikes.

This is an early-stage, execution-focused initiative.

The work is internal, research-driven, and process-oriented not sales or marketing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Target Intelligence & Account Research Intern to support our pre-sales efforts by identifying companies experiencing hiring pressure using publicly available information.

This role is not sales, not lead generation, and not outreach.

The responsibility is strictly research, validation, and documentation.

The role is structured as a 23 week sprint, with clearly defined outputs.

What You Will Do
  • Research mid-size and growth-stage companies (2003,000 employees)
  • Identify signals such as:
  • hiring spikes
  • bulk or repeated job postings
  • recent funding or expansion announcements
  • Analyze company career pages and public sources
  • Document findings with evidence (links, screenshots, references)
  • Maintain structured records of researched accounts

All work is based on publicly available data only.

What You Will NOT Do
  • No calling or emailing companies
  • No pitching or sales outreach
  • No negotiation or client interaction
  • No use of paid databases

Duration & Commitment
  • Duration: 23 weeks initially
  • Time commitment: 12 hours per day
  • Extension may be considered based on output quality and project needs
