We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and promoting products/services to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada and provide support.
• Resolve queries, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote and sell products/services through effective communication.
• Maintain call records and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada (anyone or multiple).
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer support or sales (preferred).
• Undergraduates & fresh graduates can apply.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
