Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Taleo Expert Techno-Functional Consultant. The selected candidate will design, implement, and customize Oracle Taleo cloud solutions, provide technical and functional expertise, and collaborate with clients to understand and address their specific application needs. Day-to-day responsibilities also include troubleshooting and resolving issues, creating technical documentation, and ensuring the integration of Taleo with other systems. The consultant will be responsible for streamlining talent acquisition and onboarding workflows utilizing Taleo capabilities, aligning processes with client requirements, and ensuring optimal system performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Oracle Taleo system including configuring, customizing, and integrating modules.
• Hands-on experience with coding, application development, and system troubleshooting in Oracle environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in workflow design and configuration.
• Experience in HR processes, recruitment workflows, and talent management requirements.
• Knowledge in system testing, user training, and providing post-implementation support.
• Familiarity with cloud-based HR systems and integrations with third-party tools.
• Advanced troubleshooting abilities and a customer-focused approach to issue resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience with a consulting environment or similar roles is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
