Role: Talent Sourcing Specialist
Employment: Long-term contract, 1-year engagement
Location: Bengaluru, Hybrid 3 days from office
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, and social media channels.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for key technical roles across the organization.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping for niche skill areas.
Candidate Engagement
- Initiate outreach to potential candidates through personalized messaging and networking.
- Qualify candidates through initial screening conversations.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships to create future hiring pipelines.
Market Intelligence
- Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.
- Support the recruitment team with talent landscape analysis.
Recruitment Process Support
- Partner with recruiters to schedule interviews and maintain candidate flow.
- Ensure accurate data management within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain compliance with Lenovo recruitment processes and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BE/BTech) from a recognized university.
- 02 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, or related areas.
- Strong interest in technology hiring and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct research and identify talent through multiple sourcing channels.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in HR or related specialization.
- Exposure to technical hiring or sourcing for IT / engineering roles.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, or talent communities.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
