Role Overview
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Technical Sourcer with a passion for AI/ML and data science to join our Instructor Hiring team. You'll identify and onboard top-tier tech talent from leading US companies to join our platform as mentors, driving our community's growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Talent Discovery: Leverage your 4+ years of sourcing experience to identify and engage high-quality AI/ML and data science talent from tier-1 tech firms.
Proactive Outreach: Craft compelling outreach messages and run targeted sourcing campaigns to attract top professionals to our mentor ecosystem.
Pipeline Building: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned to current and future instructor needs.
Market Mapping: Conduct in-depth talent mapping and competitor research across US product-tech companies.
Tech Context: Use your understanding of AI/ML and data science roles to assess profiles effectively and surface high-potential candidates.
Sourcing Excellence: Apply advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and strong conversion from sourced leads.
Tech Savvy: Utilize your knowledge of ML/AI and data science to identify the best candidates and stay ahead of industry trends.
