Job Description

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven, and dynamic Artist Sales professional to drive revenue by promoting and selling artists for events, brand collaborations, and entertainment projects. The role involves working closely with clients, artists, and internal teams to manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure and execution. The candidate will play a key role in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring successful artist bookings that deliver exceptional event experiences.
*Key Responsibilities*
Generate revenue by pitching and selling artists such as singers, DJs, influencers, and performers to brands, corporate clients, wedding planners, and event agencies.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and market research to expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable artists based on event type, audience, and budget.
Share artist profiles, pricing, and availability with clients to facilitate informed decision-making.
Negotiate artist fees, contracts, and terms while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with artists, managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless booking and execution of events.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipelines, client interactions, and closed deals.
Stay updated on current entertainment trends, popular artists, and industry demands to provide relevant talent options.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and client deliverables.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

*Skills & Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Media, or a related field.
14 years of experience in sales, artist/talent management, event management, or influencer marketing preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, or sales tracking systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
