Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide workforce planning, resource management, and executive hiring initiatives. The role focuses on building scalable recruitment frameworks, optimizing workforce allocation, and aligning talent strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end resource management strategy, ensuring workforce planning aligns with global business priorities.
  • Build and manage demand forecasting and intake governance models to improve staffing visibility and reduce delays.
  • Direct and mentor a high-performance team, fostering a results-oriented and customer-centric culture.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance, and Resource Management teams to optimize costs, improve hiring efficiency, and enhance delivery governance.
  • Deliver executive dashboards and pipeline health metrics to support proactive leadership decision-making.
  • Oversee account-level resource governance and risk mitigation for critical business initiatives.
  • Manage staffing for R&D, Clinical, Sales & Marketing, Product Platforms, and other specialized domains.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Supply Chain, and COO teams to ensure timely hiring for niche skillsets.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly demand dashboards for executive leadership review.
  • Lead organizational initiatives and corporate resourcing programs to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications:
